I had booked two rooms and I called a week before to cancel. My grandfather is about to pass so I had to drive to Colorado from Texas. Texas to Louisiana instead of going to Colorado. I called first choice and talked to them. They said I could get it taken care of easily. I called the front desk and I talked to two different customer service ladies (Caitlyn and Angel). Different days. Each of them said "oh well. You can't get your money." Hung up on me multiple times. I called back and Angel said "stop calling, sucks you're losing a grandparents. Still gotta pay the $150 " and laughed and hung up. I was in tears. I am a 23 year old girl with a 6 year old daughter. I have so much going on to even think about this being a problem. They are charging my card tomorrow no matter what. Also, they said I could not have the information to the owner. I have been trying to find a higher up person. This has been the worst customer service. And I've been in customer service for 5 years straight. I am very very very dissatisfied and upset at these people. So I am out $150 that could be used for my daughter and I to see our PawPaw. If anyone could help me in anyway with a contact information ... it would be greatly appreciated. I will never been using this company ever. And I will be writing a review on every website until I can get to the "private owner who doesn't talk to people who cancel like you(me)"- Angel. I am so confused on why these two girls ganged up on me the first day and then Angel just laughed and thought this was funny that I was concerned over $150 because that's "nothing to her". I have never been so disgusted in my life i checked in to econo lodge in colorado spring in the bathroom *** or u no what on shower curtain also found 2bugs bed?? And video of the bathroom And ink stains holes dirt mocos on the blanket and mold in the airconditioner cigaret butts and they would not refund my money he said i should of complained with in 15 min of checking in uhh hello i just drop my stuff and left sorry for having a life i will not stop showing people these videos so gross
