Econo Lodge review in Pueblo, Colorado: Dissatistied customer

I made reservations in order to visit my son who was in critical care I booked them around the 7th of March 2019 for April 3, 2019 thru the April 6th since this time my son passed away. I called today which is March 29, 2019 to cancelled and was told that I would lose my money which is the sum of 155 dollars I explained serval times that my son has passed no exceptions for the situation I feel that this was extremely insensitive to my situation. So I am out the 155 with the additional money going towards my son funeral I do understand that it is policy but you would think in this worst time of a personal life would be at least considered

Econo Lodge review: Worst Ever Conroe, Tx

Hotel desk clerk rude, inefficient, and foreigner. He couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. This is in Conroe, Texas. Did know how to run credit card and said it was the card.. I had to call card company that told me it was on the merchant's end. After 45 minutes of trying, it went through. He was rude and kept saying it was not on hotel's end and it was the card itself. No apologies after all that. I will never enter another Econo Lodge affiliate in Texas. If they can't put a English fluent person at the desk to greet and help customers, I'll walk out if I see this is the issue

Econo Lodge review in Colorado Springs, Colorado: Rudest two front desk employees

I had booked two rooms and I called a week before to cancel. My grandfather is about to pass so I had to drive to Colorado from Texas. Texas to Louisiana instead of going to Colorado. I called first choice and talked to them. They said I could get it taken care of easily. I called the front desk and I talked to two different customer service ladies (Caitlyn and Angel). Different days. Each of them said "oh well. You can't get your money." Hung up on me multiple times. I called back and Angel said "stop calling, sucks you're losing a grandparents. Still gotta pay the $150 " and laughed and hung up. I was in tears. I am a 23 year old girl with a 6 year old daughter. I have so much going on to even think about this being a problem. They are charging my card tomorrow no matter what. Also, they said I could not have the information to the owner. I have been trying to find a higher up person. This has been the worst customer service. And I've been in customer service for 5 years straight. I am very very very dissatisfied and upset at these people. So I am out $150 that could be used for my daughter and I to see our PawPaw. If anyone could help me in anyway with a contact information ... it would be greatly appreciated. I will never been using this company ever. And I will be writing a review on every website until I can get to the "private owner who doesn't talk to people who cancel like you(me)"- Angel. I am so confused on why these two girls ganged up on me the first day and then Angel just laughed and thought this was funny that I was concerned over $150 because that's "nothing to her". Econo Lodge review: EconoLodge Cocoa Beach Florida

The Econo Lodge on 3185 N. Atlantic Ave. was awful. Firstly when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation, when we contacted Hotels.com they finally figured it out but instead of giving us the King bed that we had booked weeks prior we got 2 queen beds, no biggee but still disappointing. The room was scary. The bath tub was black with dirt, the fan in the bathroom was nasty and I actually feared sleeping on the bed. To say the least the cleanliness of this room was despicable. The bright yellow paint on the walls was peeling off and off-putting. For $145 a night I expected a lot better!

Left within an hour, very bad experience.

After 9 hours of driving we stopped at Econo Lodge in Clarion PA it was around 10:30 p.m.

I just experienced the rudest customer service from two ladies there. And this information helped me.

They said they do not have a GM.

Only a private owner who doesn't want to talk to customers... I am waiting to hear back from someone.
