Econo Lodge review: We are in the Econ lodge in spring Tx
The group of people that is running this hotel are very ungrateful. We are right in the middle of hurricane Harvey and we are flooded in and they will not help anyone out, there a people here with small kids that don't have a lot of money and there is no where for them to go and they will not help them out. They are just plum rude down here. They have now closed the front doors so no one can go inside and there is no reason for what they are doing here.

Econo Lodge Inn And Suites - Room Review
I been stsying at the econo lodge in columbiacfor a long time last night on the night of january 27th 2017 something was bitting me in the bed i woke up and turn the light on and me and my friend seen bed bugs in the bed i collected them in a cup and took them downstairs and showed them to the front desk they told me to wait till the manager come in and show her. Thats the complaint that i have for the hotel and i think i should have a free night or reduce on my bill or something i been staying there from october.but they did move me to another room. I've been working at the econo lodge in Forrest city AR for a month and I haven't received no pay every time I ask about the checks it's always an excuse does anyone else have this problem

Econo Lodge - Room Review from Columbus, Ohio
Beckley, WV Econo Lodge...was there for 2 nights with my Sis. We came back after a long day in the sun about 4 PM & our room hadn't been serviced. We didn't complain. Went to bed for a nap. Knock on the door & it was housekeeping to clean our room. Sis answered door in her housecoat telling the young man we thought our room should have been cleaned; that we are taking a nap. & won 't need the room cleaned & closed the door. At. 5:30 I awoke to take a shower. As I was going to class reunion, & asked Sis to call the desk. & request fresh towels be brought to our room. She talked to a lady. & said the towels had been ordered. Five minutes our phone rang. sis answered, and it was the young man who had knocked on our door and he said she was rude to him; that she had slammed the door in his face ; that if she wanted towels she could come & pick them up herself. I tip very well & he missed a $5 tip by not bringing towels & another $5 had he cleaned our room. Left him a curt note & a penny tip, never to return to that place again!!!
